  • Fixture Logic, Inc. use of personal/business information that you may submit to Fixture Logic, Inc. through this Web site is governed by the Fixture Logic, Inc. Privacy Policy. Fixture Logic will not sell or use your personal/business information. Your personal/business information will not be used for anything other than this transaction approved by the customer

  • Return Policy
  • Should it be determined that your copier does not have a hard drive, we will return the hard drive to the supplier. Once the supplier has received the hard drive a credit/refund check will be issued for the price of the hard drive only. Shipping and Technician Charges are not refundable once the replacement hard drive has been shipped and/or the technician has arrived at your copier/business location.

    Should the replacement hard drive we ship to you be deemed damaged or unusable, we will ship at no charge another replacement hard drive. The technician will come back out to complete the job when the new replacement hard drive has been delivered to either you or the technician.
